Returns/ Refunds Policy.

 

If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, you may return it to us, however we do not replace harnesses/items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on them. Your return will be processed in approximately 28 working days.

• We also do not accept items that have been worn.
• We only refund, hair-free, unwashed items. Items need to be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a refund. 

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Customer service is very important to us, if you receive any faulty or damaged goods, please email us at info@dogfatherz.com.

 

How to return your items:

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@dogfatherz.comletting us know that you wish to return it and the reason for your return.

• Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.
• Send all items to:Dogfatherz

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to a damaged/ faulty item. 
• If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
• Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. 
• Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/colour in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).

 

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

 

Ireland & Northern Ireland

• Express delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is NEXT DAY, if you place your Order before 12PM.
• Standard delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is 2-3 days.
• Budget delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is 3-7 Days

 

We deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.

 

UK

• Standard delivery to the UK can take up to 4 days, although most orders take 2 days.

 

We deliver to mainland UK from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

 

International

• Standard delivery to the outside Ireland & UK can take up to 10 days, although most orders take 5 days.

• Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is FREE when you spend over €60 and costs just €5.99 if you spend less. (2-3 Days)
• Express delivery to anywhere in Ireland is FREE when you spend over €60 and costs just €9.50 if you spend less. (Next Day)

 

Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE when you spend over €60 and costs just €12 if you spend less.

 

Standard delivery to anywhere outside of Ireland & UK costs just €16.99.
